US Open of Beach Volleyball Registration Information

Click here to Register! Registration is open to all players. First create an account, login and then select a division that you would like to register for. All teams can register online for the tournament up to the online registration deadline of Midnight PDT, Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009 and be eligible to play for cash and other prizes. Walk-up registration for any team not registered at this time may enter on-site beginning Friday, September 25th @ 7:30am at the on site regitration tent. Access to the event will be based on space available. (note: any open team that receives entry on-site will not receive a preferential seeding into the draw). All open teams must be prepared to play on September 25th at 9:00am sharp when teams will be called on the courts for the first round. A court ball will be provided for play. Non-Open teams may also register to enter up until Midnight PDT, Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009 . Any Doubles team (excluding co-ed) may enter on-site Saturday, September 26th @ 8:00am. Access to the event will be based on space available. (note: teams that receive entry on-site will not receive a preferential seeding into the draw).

Co-eds may register online up until Midnight PDT, Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009. Teams may enter on-site Sunday, September 27th @ 8:00am. Access to the event will be based on space available.

All entries include a one event USA Volleyball membership fee. There is no additional fee for the USA Volleyball membership at this event. If you are an existing USA Volleyball member, please list your membership number in the area provided.

Only one person needs to register their team. After the registration process has been completed and paid for, all of the team members will be able to print out their forms which will be already filled in with the information you entered. For a great time saver, print out each team member form, have them signed by the team member and bring them to the event you will be playing in.

Note: The US Open of Beach Volleyball is open to anyone who registers to play and we welcome all of you.

CHECK-IN
Check-in for all teams will be from 8am - 8:30am on the day in which your division is designated to play. Please review the schedule of play as it appears in the SCHEDULES section of this website. All divisions will begin pool play promptly at 9:00a.m. Teams that have not checked in may be forfeited.

PAYMENT
Payment may be made via on-line registration using a Mastercard, Visa or American Express. The merchant name appearing on your statement will be Elevation Management Group. On-site entries will pay an additional $10 per person.

EACH PLAYER MUST FILL IN A REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH EVENT. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE FOR TOTAL AMOUNT. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REGISTRATION FORMS FOR TWO PEOPLE ON THE SAME FORM. WE REQUIRE EACH PERSONS NAME, SIGNATURE & TEAM NAME.
